Additionally, we conduct regular property inspections to ensure that your property is maintained in great condition!

Can I sell my rental property?You can choose to sell your rental property, however the lease must remain in effect. If you decide to sell your property with a tenant in place, you may list the property, or you may receive an offer directly from The House Connection.

How do you handle repairs and work orders?Each tenant will gain access to an online portal. Within this portal your tenant will have access to request repairs and maintenance. Upon receiving the maintenance request, our team will coordinate with our vendors to resolve the issue.

How do you screen tenants?Each potential tenant is screened with the same criteria. We will run a credit check, background check, verify income, and call employer and landlord references.
